Opening the report is not saving it. Save the file to a computer before the pickup deadline and verify it before closing the page — those few minutes prevent losing the result entirely.
Electronic or by Mail?
We meet applicants who complete the whole process and then learn the receiving organisation expected a different format. Some want fingerprint cards or their own forms rather than an Identity History Summary at all.
